Zun\u00e4chst wird das Gas kontinuierlich in einen Plasmagenerator injiziert, anschlie\u00dfend ionisiert und schlie\u00dflich auf die zu behandelnde Oberfl\u00e4che geleitet.<br \/>Anhand der Kontrolle der elektrischen Entladung wird Niedrigtemperatur-Plasma erzeugt. Bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten im Verfahren besteht kein Risiko, dass sich die Oberfl\u00e4chentemperatur des zu behandelnden Materials erh\u00f6ht. Auf diese Weise k\u00f6nnen selbst hitzeempfindliche Materialien, wie manche Polymere, ohne Schaden behandelt werden.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"main\">Auswirkungen auf die Oberfl\u00e4chen<\/h3>\n<p>Plasma besteht aus der fortlaufenden Versorgung von hoch reaktiven chemischen Stoffen, die auf den zu behandelnden Oberfl\u00e4chen eingesetzt werden. Plasma reinigt oder aktiviert Oberfl\u00e4chen.<br \/>Bei der Aktivierung handelt es sich um eine Modifizierung der Zusammensetzung der Oberfl\u00e4che, was zu einer \u00c4nderung der Oberfl\u00e4chenenergie f\u00fchrt. Die Oberfl\u00e4chenbenetzbarkeit kann durch Aufpfropfen polarer Funktionen drastisch erh\u00f6ht werden. Folglich f\u00f6rdert diese eine st\u00e4rkere Haftung von Anstrichen, Tinten, Klebstoffen oder Lacken. Bei der Plasmaaktivierung handelt es sich um einfaches Verfahren, das eine weite Palette an Oberfl\u00e4chenverbesserung erm\u00f6glicht.
